Minor imperfections, surface markings, and slight color variations are normal.  Xtrema Pure Ceramic Cookware is handcrafted, making each piece unique.  

*Warranty excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as over-heating, improper cleaning, boiling dry, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

  • The warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal conditions in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.
  • This warranty only covers breakage from thermal shock; any pure ceramic cookware product that breaks from hot and cold temperatures. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.
  • Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production.
  • Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

 

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

  • Does not cover pure ceramic covers or lids.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, boiling product dry or commercial use.
  • Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pan.
  • Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.

 

FOREVER REPLACEMENT AGREEMENT FOR MISUSE OR ABUSE

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

  • Should you damage your Xtrema product, excluding lids, Ceramcor will replace the item for 45% off Ceramcor’s suggested selling price, "Not Sale Price" plus applicable sales tax and a $9.95 shipping & handling charge for orders under $200 after discount for United States orders.
  • International orders will be discounted 50% off suggested selling price plus shipping, handling and duty charges.

 

You must provide your Order Number, Full Name and a Digital Photo of the damaged product plus a digital photo of the label located on the bottom of the damaged Xtrema product. This warranty only applies to Xtrema customers who purchased the product directly from:  www.ceramcor.com or www.xtrema.com

 

For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow these Use and Care instructions provided at the time of purchase.

 

If thermal shock breakage occurs, please keep the product. You may be asked to return it. Accidental breakage from impact is not covered by warranty.
