Mediterranean Egg Wrap


  • 3 Eggs, (yolks optional)
  • Spinach
  • Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • Feta cheese
  • Naan
  • Turkey bacon (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)


  1. Preheat Xtrema skillet on low. Once warm, use cooking spray of your choice. Fry eggs, flipping once.
  2. Mix sun dried tomatoes and feta. Spread feta mixture on naan.
  3. Warm naan in oven or on the stove top for a few minutes
  4. Add the eggs and top with lots of fresh cold spinach. If desired, top with avocado and turkey bacon
  5. Wrap the Naan up and then serve.
